About

I'm a product leader learning to build with AI.

I've spent 14 years across analysis, delivery, and product roles. Now I'm using this site to document what it looks like to move from product strategy into hands-on building with AI.

I built Jones and AI for PMs and operators who know they should be paying attention to AI, but are tired of AI slop, scaremongering, and hype. The goal here is simpler: figure out what's actually useful, what holds up in practice, and how these tools can make work more capable and more enjoyable.

I only started learning AI seriously in January 2026, when OpenClaw caught my attention and showed me what was already possible. The tools were capable enough. The constraint was my ability to use them well. So I started building.

I am not an AI expert. I am learning in public. I built this site with agentic development techniques as a trial and learning exercise, and I use Claude Code heavily in my day job as a PM. I have been spending about $600 a month on AI tools because I am trying to automate as much real work as I can.

That is what you will find here: working notes from the journey, plus free resources like skills, prompts, instructions, and systems that can help you move faster.

If you're a PM or operator trying to understand what actually matters in AI, this is for you.
